Du glemte å hilse på de med lavere tittel enn din egen. Du glemte å la andre få slippe til i lunsjpraten. Du glemte at tilbakemeldinger ikke er en kritikk av deg som person. I en tåke av corporate bullshit glemte du at det er folka som gjør jobben.

Lost and (hopefully) found

When you got promoted you forgot something. Or did you loose it?

You forgot to greet colleagues with a lower job title than your own. You forgot to let others participate when having lunch. You forgot that feedback is not the same as being criticized. In a blur of corporate bullshit you forgot that it is the people who do the job.
